Women in Motion: Celebrating Diverse Journeys

Women in Motion: Celebrating Diverse Journeys

A dynamic montage featuring six scenes of women in various activities: a mother playing in autumn leaves with two children, a close-up of a woman's running shoes, a silhouetted runner against a city skyline at sunset, a poised ballet dancer, a young woman running through a golden wheat field, and an artistic illustration of Dolly Parton. This looping video celebrates the diverse ways women move through life, from everyday moments to artistic expression.

Who Inspires Me

The women I drew is my mother, her name is Geeta Nayyar. She built her own business from the ground up and is truly inspiring. Ever since the day I was born she has shown me that I can do anything. She inspires me to face my fears and follow my dreams, as this is what she did. It is because of her determination and passion that I drew her today.

Who Inspires You?

Our past inspiration for #WhatIRun has spanned athletes, celebrities, and leaders including Dolly Parton, Misty Copeland, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg. This year, we want to know who inspires you. Whether she is a celebrity, your mother, your co-worker, a friend, or a famous athlete.

Share More About Her

Calling all artists! We're also offering you the opportunity to put your creative skills to the test and submit an original graphic that represents a woman you admire for your chance to have your artwork featured as part of our 2026 #WhatIRun campaign.

Our #WhatIRun initiative was created to amplify the visibility of all the things that women do. Women don’t just run meetings, departments, initiatives, or companies—we run carpools and soccer teams, 10Ks and households, scout meetings and baths. Women are also involved in 80% of healthcare decisions (for our partners, our kids, and our parents), but comprise just 19% of HIT C-suite roles. Our goal is to increase representation for women in HIT leadership.

We have partnered with Allbird shoes shoes for #WhatIRun, and we will be giving away free pairs at these upcoming events:
